中文摘要:目的:探讨足三里穴位埋线治疗运动性疲劳的疗效及作用机制。方法:采用足三里为主穴,对大鼠进行穴位埋线干预8周训练,观察干预前后训练SOD、MDA、胸腺指数及脾脏指数变化情况。结果:干预前后穴位埋线组大鼠血清SOD活力显著增强,胸腺指数、脾脏指数较非埋线训练组显著上升。结论:足三里穴位埋线是一种较好的抗机体氧化方式,这种刺激能有效提升机体的体重,对递增负荷机体自由基代谢有调节作用,能缓解主要免疫性器官胸腺和脾脏的萎缩,进而缓解运动性疲劳。

Speculation and Experimental Study of Acupoint Catgut Implantation Therapy on Rat Fatigue Alleviation Mechanism
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect and mechanism of Zusanli acupoint catgut embedding for treatment of exercise for inducing fatigue. Methods: Choosing the main points Zusanli, rats were trained for 8 weeks of catgut implantation at acupoint intervention were observed before and after the intervention training, SOD, MDA, thymus index and spleen index changes. Results: After the intervention of catgut implantation at acupoint rats serum SOD activity was significantly enhanced, thymus index, spleen index of catgut embedding training group increased significantly. Conclusion: Zusanli acupoint catgut embedding is a good antioxidant stimulus modality, it can effectively improve the metabolic disorder of free radicals, delay or prevent the atrophy of thymus and spleen, so as to achieve the purpose of relieving sports fatigue.
